The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) has this week joined the rest of the world in recognizing the important contribution of its housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment across its premises.
As part of this year’s celebration, the SRC’s housekeeping staff of 17 personnels participated in a dedicated team-building activity held at the Seychelles Tourism Academy, aimed at promoting the professional recognition, skills development, and collaboration amongst the housekeeping personnels.
The engaging session combining both practical and theory exercises geared towards promoting positive workplace attributes also focused on challenges aimed at enhancing communication, accountability, and productivity, fostering the spirit of teamwork and quality in service delivery.
In appreciation of their loyalty and devotion to the SRC, following the session the housekeepers also enjoyed a scrumptious lunch, allowing the opportunity for networking with key SRC management staff members in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. In a gesture of gratitude, the housekeepers were also bestowed with a token of appreciation and a certificate of recognition for having completed the team-building session.
