The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) and the Seychelles Communications Regulatory Authority (SCRA) is issuing this notice in response to a number of delays that members of the public have been being experiencing with the clearance of their consignment ordered from Starlink.
The SRC and the SCRA are actively working collaboratively with Starlink and its shipping agent to review the processes and address the underlying challenges as swiftly as possible.
Interim measures have also been put in place to assist the clients, and to expedite the clearing of the pending consignments.
The SRC and the SCRA jointly expresses its sincere thanks to the customers for their understanding, patience and continued support during this period, and wishes to reassure members of the public that the delays being experienced will be resolved the soonest.
