Suspension of TIN For IBCs applying for bank purpose only

The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) is hereby informing International Business Companies (IBC’s) not operating in the Seychelles requesting for a Tax Identification Number (TIN) for Bank Purposes only, of the suspension of the issuance of TIN.

TIN will soley be issued to IBCs deriving income sourced in Seychelles, and those forming part of a Multinational Group only.

In the interim, SRC will continue to issue out the Tax Residency Certificates to IBCs for bank purposes.

SRC apologizes for any inconvenience caused and appreciates your support and cooperation.
