SENIOR SYSTEM SUPPORT OFFICER- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY- (1 POST)

Job Summary

The post holder will be responsible for personally visiting, inspecting and resolving an incident at any SRC site with the expressed permission of the DIT solely. The duties will be the same as for all other IT employee but will be subject to closer supervision.

Minimum Qualifications and Competence:

• First Degree in a Computer Science related field; OR
• Equivalent Industry Recognized Certification as established by the Seychelles Qualifications Authority plus at least two years relevant satisfactory experience; OR
• Five years’ experience as a System Support Officer

Mandatory Industry Certification Requirement

• Within 3 years of employment to have met mandatory industry certifications requirement of systems support officer cadre and CCNA or MCSA or equivalent industry certification.
