The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) has today announced that its offices on Mahe will be open on Saturdays during the month of March, to allow taxpayers the opportunity to lodge and pay their taxes for the applicable year 2025 timely.
Effective Saturday14 March until Saturday 28 March 2026, the SRC Offices located in Victoria at ‘Maison Collet’, in Providence at ‘Leve Debrouye’ building (Zone 18) and Anse Royale at ‘Maison Royale’ will open its doors from 9am to 1pm to taxpayers.
As March is the last month when taxpayers can lodge and pay their annual or presumptive business tax, the SRC is encouraging taxpayers to visit its offices on Saturdays to avoid long queues and constraints, near the lodgment and payment due date.
The SRC is also calling upon businesses that did not operate or trade during the year 2025, to come forward and lodge a ‘NIL’ business or presumptive tax return in adherence to the applicable laws.
Speaking about the service enhancement, SRC’s Director for Taxpayers Education and Service Delivery Ms. Sheryl Barra explained: “Usually during the month of March, SRC would decentralize its services across various locations using Community Centers on Mahe to ease the tax lodgment and payment process.
“This year as we have opened a new office in Anse Royale and as SRC also have presence in Providence and Victoria, three key business centers, we have decided to use our own facility, which is familiar by taxpayers and our staff members, to elevate our service delivery”.
Other services available on Saturdays will comprise of business registration, one-to-one guidance and advice, applications for tax clearance, income tax and other certifications.
Taxpayers having any arrears and penalties are also welcome to visit the office on Saturdays to have the chance to consult with an enforcement officer who will also be onsite.
SRC is urging taxpayers to use its dedicated locations provided to lodge and pay their taxes ahead of the deadline, which is 31 March 2026, to remain compliant, and to avoid incurring any penalties.
