Job Summary
The post holder will be responsible for assisting and supporting the designated Manager in managing the learning and professional development of SRC’s workforce, (non-technical) in order to improve their performance and prepare those with ability to take on additional or difference responsibilities for future career progression and development. In effectively discharging his /her responsibilities, the jobholder contributes to SRC’s training and development strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field will enter at SB4, step 7
