Agreements

The Government of the Republic of Seychelles signed two principal agreements with ‎several countries globally as follows:‎

‎Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA)

An agreement which allows the competent authorities of the Republic of ‎Seychelles and the TIEA partner to exchange information on tax matters in order to ‎provide assistance to each other in the administration and enforcement of ‎domestic tax laws.‎

‎Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) ‎

An agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal ‎evasion with respect to taxes on income and capital.‎
